Espère Counseling and Consulting Services offers Executive Coaching and other consulting services to transform and empower executives and employees at small and large corporations. Our individualized services are tailored to meet the needs of each organization, and services are available for leaders (newly promoted and experienced), individual employees and teams. As part of the program, executives learn communication skills, how to eliminate behavioral blind spots, how to be culturally responsive and affirming and create a high performance culture; how to adapt to change; conflict resolution skills, motivating teams; improving executive leadership competencies and transitioning to new executive roles to name a few. We also evaluate programs, conduct professional research on behalf of our clients and provide training based on the unique needs of the organization.

We offer customized coaching and consulting sessions that are designed to meet your needs. Our minimum engagement is six months so we may maximize and ensure real behavior change. The process includes in-depth information gathering and interviewing, observation of targeted employees, use of assessments, identifying goals, developing and implementing strategies and evaluating for success.
